The data warehouse is a repository of data consolidated from potentially many different sources — spreadsheets, ERP systems, web applications, and even purchased consumer demographic information. It is a single repository holding many of the kingdom's crown jewels. Keeping it secure is of utmost importance, so here, we cover some of the considerations for protecting that asset.
